Order modifications and cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may have already been processed or shipped. Immediate requests can only be made Monday-Friday 8AM-2PM PST.
If you want to change the shipping address or cancel your order please contact us within 10 minutes of placing your order.
Typically we ship orders within 48 hrs, however, during Holidays like Thanksgiving/Black Friday and the weeks leading up to Christmas, please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process your order, excluding weekends.
Before ordering please confirm your name, address (including apartment/unit #) are accurate to avoid delays.
All domestic clothing, hats and small item orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. When your order ships, you should receive an email confirmation that your item has shipped (please check your junk folder or spam inbox as well). Once shipped, please allow up to 1 week of transit time for your package to arrive. If you still have not received your order after 2 weeks, please email us with your order number and we will notify you of your order status.
Returns & Exchanges
If we made a mistake on your order or your item is damaged, by all means PLEASE contact us and we will do our best to correct the issue.
If you simply changed your mind or need a different size, NHiM Apparel stands behind its products. If not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any item that is in brand new condition with original tags intact and received within 30 days of purchase.
Due to limited inventory, sale items, however, are final sale (no refunds or exchanges). All returns must be accompanied by original packing slip, and will be refunded in the same way that payment was made.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we did not ship your item based on the shipping method chosen, once it left our warehouse. If priority shipping was chosen and we shipped your item standard shipping, we will refund the difference.

**If we receive a return with either no name, packing slip, order number or instructions, we are unable to help you process your return. Please be aware that your return may take several days to reach us, by USPS, and then another 48-72 hrs to process your return.
Once you mail your return, it is important that you keep your tracking number. This is your proof of return (and if anything is lost in the mail, you may contact the carrier to let them know). We are not responsible for items lost by the carrier. You will also be notified by email once your exchange is shipped out to you with updated tracking information.
Size charts are found near the bottom of each product page to help you decide which size will fit best. We measure each garment laid on a flat surface. Length is measured from top of shoulder to bottom of garment, and width is measured from just under one armpit, to the other. As noted in the returns/exchanges section above, if you order a wrong size, you may exchange the item within 30 days of original purchase if it is still in brand new condition and original tags are intact. See return instructions and address above.
Although availability may be indicated on our site, we can’t guarantee product availability and products may not be available for immediate delivery.
