Can I change or cancel my order?
Order modifications and cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may have already been processed or shipped.

When will my order ship?
After placing an order, please allow 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends) for your item(s) to leave our warehouse. Once fulfilled, your order will be sent out for delivery via the shipping service selected at checkout.
You will also receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details. Double check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive this message.
PRE-ORDERS: Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. Once your items ship from our warehouse, please allow adequate transit time for the shipping service selected at checkout.

When will my order arrive?
At checkout, domestic orders can select Standard or Priority shipping.
Standard Shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be shipped & delivered*
Priority Shipping: Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered*
International Shipping: We ship world-wide! Please allow 10-21 business days for your order to arrive based on location. Please see current rates at checkout.*

How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled & shipped, you will receive a message based on what was selected at checkout with tracking info to help determine what day to expect your order to arrive. Double check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive this message.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I exchange or return an item?
NHiM Apparel stands behind its products. If not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any item* that is in brand new condition.
1. Item must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase
2. Item must be unworn, unwashed, free of body odors/fragrance/hair and in original packaging.
3. Clearance/Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
4. Valid only for orders placed within the United States

Please keep in mind that your return may take several days to reach us, by USPS, and then another 3-5 business days to process your return. Once you mail your return, it is important that you keep your tracking number. This is your proof of return (and if anything is lost in the mail, you may contact the carrier to let them know). We are not responsible for items lost by the carrier.

How do I know what size to order?
Size charts are found near the bottom of each product page to help you decide which size will fit best. We measure each garment laid on a flat surface. Length is measured from top of shoulder to bottom of garment, and width is measured from just under one armpit, to the other. What if I order the wrong size?
As noted in the returns/exchanges section above, if you order a wrong size, you may exchange the item within 30 days of original purchase if it is still in brand new condition and original tags are intact. See return instructions and address above.
