ORDERING
Can I change my order?
Order modifications and cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may have already been processed or shipped.
For immediate requests, feel free to contact us with you order info and we will do our best to get back to you right away!
SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
After placing an order, please allow 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends & pre-orders) for your items to leave our warehouse. Once fulfilled, your order will be delivered via the shipping service selected at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details, so be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
PRE-ORDERS: Please refer to the item's description for the estimated fulfillment/shipping date.
*orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
When will my order arrive?
We're excited to get your order to you! Here's what you can expect for delivery times:
Domestic Orders
Standard Shipping: Your order will be shipped and delivered within 3-7 business days.
Priority Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
International Orders
We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary based on location, typically taking 10-21 business days. Current rates and estimated delivery times are available at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you'll receive a message with tracking info based on the shipping method you selected at checkout. This will help you determine the expected delivery date. If you don't see this message, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
You can also click the "How can we help?" button in the bottom right corner of your screen and select "Track and manage my orders" for updates!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I exchange or return my item?
NHIM stands proudly behind its products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any item* in brand new condition.
Our policy:
1. Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of body odors, fragrance, and hair
3. Clearance/Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged (shown in product description)
4. Valid only for orders placed within the United States
To start the process, visit our Returns Portal. Please note that your return may take several days to reach us via USPS, and an additional processing time for our team to complete the return.
Remember to keep your tracking number when you mail your return; this serves as your proof of return. If anything is lost in transit, you can contact the carrier for assistance. We are not responsible for items lost by the carrier.
*Items must meet all the above requirements to qualify for a return or exchange.
SIZING
What size should I order?
Our items are typically fit-to-size, so we would recommend going up 1-2 sizes if you're looking for a loose or oversized fit!
For reference, all models shown are wearing an XL. Fit specs and size charts can found in the product description which may help you decide which size will fit best. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions on our sizing.
What if I order the wrong size?
As noted in the returns and exchanges section, if you order the wrong size, you can exchange the item within 30 days of the original purchase, provided it meets all policy requirements. For more details, please refer to the return instructions above.
