Online Order Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, NHiM will be happy to offer a return or exchange on your merchandise  within 30 days of purchase (certain restrictions apply).

 

Returning In-Store Orders

In-store orders can only be returned in-store. See  In-Store Returns.

 

Returning Online Orders

Online orders can be returned to our warehouse or returned in-store.

  • Body jewelry (such as earrings)and  bralettes cannot be returned .
  • Activewear  (such as  leggings) and sport bras can only be returned unworn with original tags intact.

 

Exchanges 

NHiM is very fashion-forward and our product lineup changes frequently, meaning that often replacement product is not available. You must return product for refund and if replacement product is still available, place a new order. For all exchanges, a reshipping fee based on items desired will be required. Exchanges must be accompanied by Reshipping Fee.  Original shipping charge will not be refunded. Sale items are all sales final (no refunds or exchanges).

 

Return Shipping Cost

All returns must be accompanied by original packing slip, and will be refunded in the same way that payment was made. Original shipping charge will not be refunded. Sale items are all sales final (no refunds or exchanges).
