All domestic clothing, stickers and small item orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. When your order ships, you should receive an email confirmation that your item has shipped (please check your junk folder or spam inbox as well). Once shipped, please allow up to 1 week of transit time for your package to arrive. If you still have not received your order after 2 weeks, please email us with your order number and we will notify you of your order status.
If we made a mistake on your order or your item is damaged, by all means PLEASE contact us and we will do our best to make you happy and correct the issue. Contact us for an RMA # (that will need to be written on the outside of the package) and a shipping label (paid for by us). **IF WE DID NOT MAKE A MISTAKE and you changed your mind or simply want to exchange for different product, please see the following procedures:

Exchanged/Returned items must be in brand new condition with original tags intact and received no later than 30 days from date of purchase. For all exchanges, a reshipping fee based on items desired will be required. Exchanges must be accompanied by Reshipping Fee. All returns must be accompanied by original packing slip, and will be refunded in the same way that payment was made. Original shipping charge will not be refunded. Sale items are all sales final (no refunds or exchanges).
